Returns/Refund Policy

We sincerely ensure that you are completely satisfied with our Products and we completely understand that returns may be necessary in certain cases. We are happy to offer you peace of mind when you are not fully satisfied with the purchase and want to return the products to us. You may return the ordered item(s), or any item(s) included in the order, within 7 days of the arrival of your order. You may receive a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

1.1 Products will not be accepted for returns except where:

i. the Products or packaging at the time of Delivery were faulty, or

ii. the Product has a Latent Defect that has arisen solely due to Our negligence in or failure to manufacture Product according to the applicable standards for the Product.

1.2 In order to benefit from this returns policy the Products must since Delivery have always been stored and transported in accordance with the applicable transport and storage guidelines and not be used, unsealed, marked, overlabelled, changed or interfered with. Defective Product (excluding Latent Defects)

1.3 Where the Products are returned as a result of faulty Product (other than Latent Defects) and/or packaging the Buyer must:

1.3.1 contact Us within five (5) working days of Delivery to notify Us of the defect, including details of the defect and quantity of Product affected, and request instruction for the return of such Product and/or packaging;

1.3.2 Capture a snap (take a photograph) in case you have received your order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled, and share the same with us;

1.3.3 store and transport the Product in accordance with the transport and storage guidelines;

1.3.4 not mark, damage, interfere with or alter the returned Products in any way; and.

1.3.5 return the Products together with its packaging in the original condition with bill document.

1.4 The faulty Products and/or packaging will be forwarded to Website’s quality assurance department for investigation. Where We will determine that the Product is defective and such defect is due to Our handling or manufacture of Product then We will provide the User with replacement Products or credit or refund in accordance with the User’s requirements.

Please Note: Replacement/exchange is subject to product/stock availability.

Return on medicines:

  • Buyer may return the medicine provided, it does not match the order, or if the medicine provided by us is past its expiry date.
  • Buyer is responsible to check the order at the time of delivery and report any return request before making the payment to the delivery personnel

Returns NOT Eligible If the Item(s) You Ordered:

  • is without original packing/accessories.
  • falls under the following product categories: Oral care (toothbrushes, toothpastes), Women care (sanitary napkins, breast relievers) and other Personal hygiene products;
  • is used or tampered with.
