Apply Just Relief across forehead, temples (if sinus headache also apply to cheekbone area avoiding eyes) then back base of neck.

ARTHRITIS: 
Apply generously to inflamed joint area---may use low heat of heating pad or hydrotherapy or soak in hot tub or take warm shower. Reapply afterwards.

SINUS/ALLERGY CONGESTION:
Rub Just Relief in palms of hands and cup hand over nose and take 6 deep long breathes. You might experience eyes watering and nose running. Immediate improvement in breathing should be noticed.

MUSCULAR/JOINT DISCOMFORT:
