if you have a problem with an order you've received. All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
Products cannot be returned if the only reason is that your pet will not accept the product. Please try the 2 oz starter size first to be sure that your pet will accept the product before placing an order for a 30 day supply. Unopened products will be accepted under our refund policy subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Casey Petraceuticals, LLC. at the customers' expense.
All merchandise must be insured by the customer in case of theft or damage during shipping. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged, we are not able to offer refunds.
Promotional Items (samples, T-shirts, etc.) must be returned if the associated product is returned. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned.
You must receive a confirmation number from our returns department that you must clearly mark on the package to ensure acceptance by our refund department. Once you have contacted our returns department and have your confirmation number please return to:
